These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Naggr, operated by Amelior Labs. By using Naggr, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Naggr is an ADHD accountability app that helps users manage daily tasks, provides AI coaching, and includes a NagPet companion feature. We offer a Free tier and a Pro subscription tier.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for significant changes.

Naggr creates an anonymous account automatically when you first open the app. You can optionally add an email address for notifications and account recovery.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your account credentials.

Free tier: Available to all users at no cost with limited features.

Pro subscription: Available monthly ($9.99/month), annually ($89.99/year), or as a lifetime purchase ($149.99). All payments are processed by RevenueCat via Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

7-day free trial: New users receive a 7-day Pro trial automatically. No credit card required.

Refunds — Monthly: Refunds are available on request. Contact us at support@ameliorlabs.ca or use your store's refund process.

Refunds — Annual: Full refund available within 30 days of your most recent charge. After 30 days, no refund, but you can cancel to prevent future renewal. Your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds — Lifetime: 30-day satisfaction guarantee from date of purchase. Full refund within 30 days, no questions asked. After 30 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

How to request a refund: Apple App Store — visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play — within 48 hours use the Google Play app; after 48 hours email support@ameliorlabs.ca. This policy is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Use Naggr for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the app or its AI systems
• Use the AI coaching feature to generate harmful or illegal content
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent Free tier limitations
• Resell or sublicense access to Naggr

Naggr uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to provide coaching, task suggestions, and Brain Dump processing. AI responses are for informational and motivational purposes only and do not constitute professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services. The AI coaching feature is not a substitute for professional ADHD treatment or therapy.

Naggr and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Amelior Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

Your task data and personal content remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the service.

Naggr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will help you complete your tasks. Results vary by individual.

We are not responsible for any loss of data due to technical failures, though we take reasonable measures to prevent this.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amelior Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Naggr. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. We'll notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
